BASK, a paddock-to-plate restaurant, opened in 2021 in Eumundi, quickly gaining fame for its locally sourced seasonal cuisine and renowned “Long Lunch.” Within 18 months, it earned a Chefs Hat from the Australian Good Food Guide. After relocating to Peregian Beach, BASK has expanded their offering to incorporate the much loved local institution ‘Baked Poetry’.
